UPDATES PERFORMED BY BLOW PRESS:
1) Inspect major fabrications, identify any cracks and replace cracked plates on all fabrications.
2) Inspect gearing and crankshaft and approve for re-use
3) Replace and re-machine bearing blocks, and hand scrape bronze bushings to minimize crankshaft clearances.
4) Install new backshaft and new Ortlinghaus clutch and Herion cross flow safety valve. Use existing flywheel, inspect flywheel bearings and replace if required. Pack with grease.
5) Install new Trabon re-circulating oil system and bearing point monitors for broken flex lube line detection, along with new Haskel ½ HP pump.
6) Inspect slide adjusting mechanisms and replace worn or damaged components as required.
7) Check liners and blocks and replace or clean-up as required.
8) Install new seals on counterbalance cylinders.
9) Install new press control (Cieco Automator II or OmniLink 5000).
